For many years, the Chamber’s Agribusiness Committee has hosted a banquet to celebrate and to educate the general public about the importance of agriculture to our local economy. This year, First Bankers Trust Company and First Bankers Trust Services co-hosted the event that honored U.S. Wellness Meats as the 2017 Agribusiness of the Year, Mike Roegge as the Ag Educator of the Year and The Starr Family from Nauvoo, IL as the 2017 Herald-Whig Farm Family.
